HARMONIZING WITH YOUR HEART'S DESIRE

Our March Meeting was held on Monday, the 19th at Schuler Books on 28th Street in Grand Rapids, Michigan, starting at 6:30 pm.

After a treasurer's report noted that Meetup costs were paid for 6 months of $89.94 and that $40.00 donation were received, we have a current balance of 81.68.  Those wishing to donate are encouraged to do so directly to Robin and Peg, rather than through the Meetup site, as it takes a large percentage in fees.

Introductions of several new members followed.

An event called The Event will occur on Wednesday, March 21st and those interested are encouraged to look into that online for more information.

Robert agreed to create a Facebook group for us to use. 

Robin mentioned a healing group that will meet on March 25th  from 3:30 to 5:30pm. The topic for this meeting is "Meditation How & Why." Look up Circle of Love and Light on Facebook for more information.

Here are a few of Esther's words... 

"You are outputting in every moment...Law of Attraction is matching that vibration with other things like it, that's why it's easy to get on a roll with something, wanted or unwanted.

"Whatever you're giving your attention to, because of Law of Attraction's response to your vibrational output, is gaining momentum."

"Am I keeping myself from moving forward because of my attention to what is?  Yes!  Yes!  Yes!"

"Give yourself a break, because you can't all of a sudden begin believing or thinking differently than you have been, if you've built up a lot of momentum."  

"Get a handle on what your point of attraction is."

"Begin to let some of those beliefs that aren't serving you go dormant by your lack of attention to them."

The more you talk about what is, the more you keep getting what is.  You can either focus on what is or what you want, not both.

Esther uses the analogy of the hills in San Francisco.  If your car starts down the hill and you stop it right away, it's easy.  If you let the car go all the way down the hill, you're going to get run over.  The lesson is to stop when you first recognize you're going down the hill.

"Put reality where it belongs, in the past tense." 

"You cannot be a vibrational match to the more of you when you are a vibrational match the less of you."

"Choose your focus.  Focus towards what you want, what you are wanting, who you are becoming, more appreciation, more love..."

Most people think unconditional love is tolerating something even though you don't feel good.  Unconditional love is being aligned with source.

From the February Meeting:

How many times have you asked yourself “Why am I not getting what I want out of life?  Why isn’t it happening?  I think I’m doing all the right things, but my desires are not manifesting.” 

If you are asking these questions, perhaps the problem lies within yourself.  Here’s a helpful video that explains how to get out of your own way and manifest your desires.  How to get out of your own way by Abraham Hicks.     

In this video Abraham helps a young woman realize that the answers she is seeking are within her and available, but she is not paying attention to the messages her inner being is sending.  She has inner blocks that keep her from hearing or seeing those messages.

What is our inner being?  It’s the non-physical part of each one of us.  Our inner being attempts to show us the way, but knows we have many beliefs that get in our way.  It offers us guidance and soothing all the time and knows we don’t listen for its messages.  Our inner being will sometimes take an unconventional way around our limiting belief by giving us a different answer.  As an example, we may believe we’ve lost an item and cannot find it.  That belief will keep us from finding it. Our inner being may suggest we look for something else it knows is next to the item we believe is lost.  When we look for that item, we find the lost one.  In the video, Abraham uses the example of looking for her gold pen she knows is in her purse. It’s a great example.

Remember your inner being knows you have resistant thoughts and does not hold it against you, and doesn’t try to get rid you to rid yourself of them.    Your inner being simply shows you another way to get to where you want to be.  Your inner being knows your path of least resistance (which is also the path of most allowance) and shows you how to get yourself there.  But we tend to argue for our limitations.  We explain why we will never find our lost item, or why we will cannot achieve our desires.  We do not make it easy for our inner being to guide us.

What’s the answer?  Stop being so defensive.  Keep an open mind.  Admit when we make mistakes.  Meditate every day to get yourself into that good feeling place so you are in alignment and READY TO ALLOW.  Keep in mind that problems (contrast) are the beginning of wonderful solutions.  We signed into this world knowing we are in the right place at the right time and we are doing good things.

WHEN WE ASK, REMEMBER IT IS GIVEN.  JUST MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN ALIGNMENT, SIT BACK AND ALLOW IT IN. 

Here are some additional thoughts to ponder…

Stay in the present moment, in the flow, with ease and joy.
Feel good now.
What we see and hear can affect us.  Choose what you see and hear.
Don’t argue for your limitations – life is meant to be fun.
In the past I overworked to get; now I give.  It feels so happy and joyous.
Remain open and in alignment to receive guidance and gifts from our inner being and the Universe.
Contrast is a gift because it leads to resolution.
We reach our greatest potential when we stay in the moment, in the flow, and are aligned.
You are the only person who gets in your way.
You are in control and the Universe supports you unconditionally.
Harmonize with the things that make you happy, thrilled, and connected to Source.

How do we get out of our own way?

Meditation-Getting into the mood:

Releasing Fear Guided Meditation
Fear, Pain and Anger help ground the self
Welcome what you feel and move toward positive change
Breathe: witness your breathing
Focus on your breathing.  Feel your breathing. Enjoy the process of breathing.

Let any thoughts be a part of this moment, witness them, and shift back to your breathing.

Fear is misunderstood. It can bring us closer to the people around us.  Witness fear and welcome it, like all the other discontents we have been hiding away.  What you feel is temporary.  You are an alchemist: transforming the world around you even with your breath.  Breathe through your pain until it transforms into love and beauty.  Moving toward a more peaceful and compassionate world.  So much beauty around, pause and examine the small beauties. Uncloak yourself from the beauty and witness and acknowledge it.  It is our job to nuture the small beauties, smile when one might not usually be given, reflect on the way you can grow comfortable in your fears, supporting self and others on the way.  Find joy and hope in what is around you and share it with those who need it.

You are arguing for your limitations, you are shouting them to the world.

I acknowledge that everything that I want is on the way!!
When we keep score, we are back at step 1 again.  We need to get into receptive mode to receive.  Your inner being knows that you have many beliefs that are in your way.  And it will call you around them to get you what you want.  It will show you another way to get to what you want.  You cannot find what you believe is lost.  Your inner being knows the path of least resistance, knows where your resistance is, and guides you around it.

How do I get out of my own way?

You don't have to get out of your own way, just follow us over here! Your inner being is offering you guidance and soothing all the time.  Expect answers instead of beating the drum of the problems.

Problems are the beginning of wonderful solutions.  New experiences are born out of knowing what you don't want.

Walk away from a task, project, problem to get a differenct perspective.  Make space for inspired action.

Your inner being is always saying you are loved, that things are working out for you.

Just chill, have more fun, look for more satisfaction.

Life is flowing through us, we get stuck places from the ego.  If you feel leaves getting caught in your filter, clean out your filter!

Let's just go have fun!!  We dealth with it, now let's just go have fun. Don't ruminate down that spiral.

Let your dominant intent be to feel good...The universe will give you constant opportunities... Everything is always working out for you.

Our job is the now, not the how.

THE PURPOSE OF LIFE IS JOY!!

LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE!!  Feel your joy and happiness and the wonderful things in life will move into your vibration.

Choose to show up with more positive energy.  You will positively impact others around you.
Think a better thought, a little better, a bit by bit approach.  Move up through the Heirarcy of Emotions.
